You mentioned that you volunteer at Ft. Carson's housing office. We have a 2-story condo for sale. (2 large bedrooms, end unit, 1.5 bath, spacious enclosed patio, great views, lots of updates). It's located in Dist.20- closer to USAFA than Ft. Carson, but has easy access to I-25, so it's a convenient commute to almost anywhere in Colorado Springs.
