The quick answer is yes.
Found 15 nice ones under $1000 this AM. Soldiers are coming in to the housing office and are a little happier when they leave because they have houses to go preview.
Sticker shock is still getting them though. I think its time to raise the BAH again. Another $100 to $150 would help the soldiers and airmen in this town a lot.
It is true that there are still lots of well-priced rentals on the market in Colorado Springs, despite the fact that the vacancy rate is so low. I guess its a good thing all around!
